Wharton-pro has a complete supply chain, including R&D, tooling and
mechanism components manufacturing, electronic assembly, chemical production
line, lab and QA testing. With factory located in Shenzhen & Fuzhou City,
with land of 12 acres and 10,800 square meters of buildings, owns a
100,000-grade purified workshop to guarantee a clean GMP manufacturing
environment.

We're skilled at production capacity programming, productions scheduling, and we can shorten lead time to meet our customers urgent demand, to help them to grasp more share of the market. Furthermore, we passed the worldwide quality management and quality assurance standards ISO9001:2008, and also the Medical device – Quality management system – requirements for regulatory ISO13485 etc, to assure our products' quality stable, and we've trained our employees properly to achieve higher productivity and quality stability.
Plastic Molding
We have about 35 experienced engineers, and advanced equipment for precise plastic mold manufacturing, includes people CNC, EDM, wire cutting machine, engraving machine, lathes, grinders, radical drills, printing machines. As you know, experienced engineers and high precision machines will influence the precision and stability of plastic molds directly, and products will be affected as well. Therefore, we strive to improve our operations consistently, to provide safe, effective, and timely plastic mold products to satisfy customers' request on the quality and delivery.
Tooling
Our lead time for kicking off toolings about 5 to 12 weeks, rapid molds building can be shorten within 2 weeks. By using mold flow automation software CAE, CAD/CAM, CMM for SPC(Statistical Process Control): we can guarantee precision tooling and process capabilities to meet high precision and strict quality control compliance.
